The problem

A CBSE school in Hyderabad had an old WordPress site with its contact details written several different ways, page titles one to four words long, no structured data, and no way for the school team to edit pages themselves.

What we did

One team covered each of these. The full story, from the problem to what changed, is below.

Santinos Global School is a CBSE school in Meerpet, Hyderabad. We rebuilt its website so parents can find it, read about it and send an admission enquiry, and so the school team can keep it up to date themselves.

What was the problem?

A parent visiting a school website wants a few plain things. Is admission open for my child's grade? What are the fees? Where is the campus, and what does a day look like? A CBSE school also has to publish mandatory public disclosures, fee details and affiliation information, and the admissions office needs every enquiry to reach its CRM instead of getting lost in an inbox.

The old WordPress site made all of that harder. The same facts were written three different ways: three address formats, four phone numbers and four email addresses. It had no meta descriptions, no social sharing tags and no structured data, and its page titles were one to four words long. Duplicate and junk pages were indexed. The school team could not edit pages without help, and the blog sat apart from the rest of the site.

What did we do?

We rebuilt it as web design and development, after the school chose a design direction from the options we showed. Four decisions shaped the build.

One source for contact details. The school's name, address, phones, emails and hours live in a single settings record, and every page reads from it. Fixing a phone number happens once.

A site the school can edit. Every visible line is a CMS field with a clear label. Pages are made of reusable blocks, so staff can compose a new page without a developer. Facilities, awards, leadership, the gallery and testimonials each have their own list in the admin. A scheduled announcement popup lets the school promote admissions or an event with start and end dates, and it closes with a visible button or the Escape key.

Enquiries that go somewhere. The admission form asks for the parent's name, the grade, a phone number, an email and whether the family is enquiring for a sibling. Each submission is saved in the admin and passed to the school's ExtraaEdge CRM, which is application development work. The careers page takes applications with a résumé upload.

Nothing lost from the old site. Every old blog post came across with its date, address and images, including the Hindi and Telugu posts. Every old address redirects permanently to its new equivalent, and junk and duplicate pages go to the home page on purpose. This is the same work we describe under website migration.

For search, each page has its own title and description, canonical address, social sharing tags and breadcrumb trail. The home page carries school and local business structured data, FAQ pages carry FAQ markup, and the robots file lets search and AI crawlers in. See search and answer visibility.

How is it hosted and looked after?

Santinos runs on its own server, with the live site and a password-protected QA copy side by side. Caddy handles the secure connection, Cloudflare sits in front, and the database is not reachable from the internet. Backups run every night, and a small watcher restarts the site if it stops answering. This is digital infrastructure set up for a school with no IT team of its own.

We work in feedback rounds. When the school sent a list of changes in October 2026, we tracked each one, backed up the live site before changing it, made each change on QA first, and kept a copy of every edited page so any single change can be undone. The school's team decides what is published.

What changed?

  • santinosglobalschool.com is live and takes admission enquiries for 2027 to 2028, and every enquiry lands in the school's CRM.
  • The school's staff edit pages, lists and announcements themselves, and contact details are the same on every page.
  • The site has academics, campus and facilities, student life, the fee structure, mandatory disclosure, gallery, news, the school magazine and careers. Parents and students reach the school's Uolo and learning-platform logins from their menus, and Pay Fees has its own page.
  • Enquiry and search results: [RESULT TO CONFIRM]. The school's analytics are not visible to us yet.
  • Still to come from the school: social media links, which the old site never had, and a few photographs.

If you run a school or college and want admissions enquiries that reach your CRM, tell us what you need.
