These terms cover your use of techsum.digital and its free tools. They are offered by TechSum Digital Solutions, Pune, Maharashtra, India. If you hire us for a project, a separate written proposal or agreement governs that work. Last updated 30 October 2026.
What do these terms cover?
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. Questions about them can go to contact@techsum.digital. Registration details for the business: pending.
How may I use the website?
You may read the site, run the health check on websites you own or are authorised to check, and contact us through the forms. Please do not:
- attempt to break, overload or probe the site or its systems;
- use the health check to scan a website you have no right to check, or to send automated or repeated requests beyond the rate limits we set;
- send us unlawful, misleading or someone else's personal data;
- copy or republish our content as your own.
How does the free health check work?
The health check fetches the public website address you enter and reports on things such as security headers, search and sharing tags, structured data, email setup, a consent banner and page speed. It accepts public web addresses only. We limit how often it can be run.
The result is automated and general. It shows what the scan could see on the day, and it is not a guarantee of how a site performs, ranks or complies. It is also not legal advice. For a person to review the findings with your business in mind, see the Digital Health Check.
When does an engagement with TechSum begin?
An engagement begins when both sides accept a written proposal or agreement. A conversation, an email thread or a form submission does not create one. The proposal sets the scope, the deliverables, the dates and the payment structure. Changes to scope are agreed in writing before the work changes.
Who owns what?
The words, designs, code and other material on this website belong to TechSum Digital Solutions or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal or business reference, with credit to us.
