What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Some make the site work. Others tell us how the site is used. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work in the same way and are covered by this page.

Which cookies do we use?

We use two kinds.

Necessary cookies keep the site working and remember your cookie choice. They are always on, because the site cannot work properly without them, and they do not track you across other websites. The cookie that stores your consent choice: name and lifetime pending.

Analytics cookies tell us how visitors use the site, so that we can fix what confuses people and see which pages help. They are off by default and are set only after you accept.

• Provider: Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager.
• Typical cookies: _ga and _ga_ followed by an identifier. They tell visits apart, and by default they last up to two years.
• What we measure: pages viewed, how visitors reach the site, and actions such as sending the contact form, starting a health check, clicking a call-to-action or tapping the WhatsApp link.
• Who receives the data: Google, which may process it outside India.

What is declined by default?

When you first visit, nothing optional runs. We use Google Consent Mode v2, and every optional signal starts as denied: analytics storage, advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalisation. Analytics scripts do not load until you accept. We do not run advertising on this site, so the advertising signals stay denied.

This follows the DPDP Act, 2023, which asks for consent that is free, specific, informed and clear, and which you can withdraw as easily as you gave it.

How do I accept, decline or change my choice?

• Use the choices on the cookie banner the first time you visit.
• Change your mind at any time through the cookie settings control on the site. Withdrawing consent stops analytics from then on.
• You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the necessary cookies, parts of the site may not work.

Will this page change?

We will update it if we add tools or the law changes, and the date at the top will show when. If we add a new kind of cookie, we will ask for your consent before it runs.
